- Design the project activities along with project implementing partners.
- Ensure efficient coordination among partners and other components of the project.
- Design the project’s work plan and ensure meeting the required standards.
- Liaise with the different stakeholders including the ministries and other institutions.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Conduct field visits to assess and follow-up the daily implementation of the project activities.
- Build the capacity of team members on the project technical components.
- Support and accompany project manager in meetings, FGDs, and working groups.

- Support in the process of monitoring and evaluation through the compilation of necessary
documentation provided by the project’s team in accordance with the M&E plan.
- Provide strategic advice and ensure appropriate coordination between the project team.
- Timely identify, inform and discuss any issues with the team.
- Draft the technical reports to the Project manager, and donors.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Coordinate efficient procurement of project supplies and services with the organization’s team members.
- Oversee annual program cycle and budget for the projects in accordance with donor’s annual planning cycle and compliance requirements.

-Operate and examine containers X-Ray machine.
-Detecting and preventing any unwanted shipments from entering the United States.
-Preventing the illegal trafficking and checking Cargo.
-Performing inspection, analysis and examinations.
-Analyse containers images & ensure clearances from any threats.
-Approve or hold the containers from being shipped to US.
-Seizure all the smuggling attempts in cooperation with the Jordanian customs.
-Negotiate with all the parties involved in the process to come up with the best procedure.
-Troubleshooting any system errors.
-Played a minor contribution in the world containers security initiative (CSI) project lunched by US customs and border protection in 2002 in order to extend the zone of trading security.
-Responsible for all office machines and spare parts and supplies, including quotations from vendors, prepare and send purchase orders.
-Shipments tracking.
