Study the socioeconomic impacts of new government public policies, such as proposed trade or insurance legislation, taxes, services, and regulations. Also, gather, analyze, and report data to explain financial phenomena and forecast market trends, applying study approaches.

Provide recommendation and consultation on economic relationships to businesses, for internal and external users. Develop economic rules and standards and prepare points of view used in predicting trends and formulating economic strategy.

Conduct research on economic topics and disseminate research findings through technical reports or scientific articles in periodicals. Study economic and statistical data in the range of specialization, such as Insurance, finance, Trade. Formulate recommendations, strategies, or plans to solve economic problems or to interpret markets.

Preparing and presenting studies and researches based on the insurance sector results and Department of Statistics, also preparing and designing surveys, which aims to provide recommendations on products and distribution in the Jordanian Insurance Industry. Furthermore, preparing and execute action plans based on the recommendation and the best practice of the pioneers markets.

Moreover, viewing the studies of the pioneers’ countries experience in which are correlate to our studies and research. Also, reviewing medical insurance coverage and preparing annual statistical reports for medical insurance for the insurance companies and for third party administration companies. Side by side with studying and analyzing economic dimensions on the national and global of relevance to the insurance industry in Jordan. Also, following up on progress of the insurance administration (IA) strategic plan, and updating it according to operations procedures.

Another task assigned to me is to keep the database up to date with the results of research and studies, and sharing it with the concerned departments. In addition, cooperating with different parties and stakeholders to provide useful research and studies. Furthermore, Implementing the latest statistical techniques using SPSS and Excel in cooperation with the management to support studies and research.

Moreover, preparing Complaints Reports: in-cooperation with other departments, which provide data and indicators on claims of insurance companies. Additionally, Preparing and compiling IA annual reports: gathering necessary data from IA stakeholders and from departments within the insurance commission, editing feedback of departments, follow up on quality of data and information, arranging graphs, indexing, coordinating with departments on content in Arabic and English.

Participating in the preparation of designs of all flyers, annual reports, and all publications, supervising And follow-up with third parties contracted to implement the publications according to the required specifications.
