Ensures the timely and efficient delivery of all operational goals of the division.

Implementing the latest statistical techniques using SPSS and Excel in cooperation with the management to support studies and research.
Supervising the preparation of complaints reports, and annual reports.
Study the socioeconomic impacts of new government public policies, such as proposed trade or insurance legislation, taxes, services, and regulations. Also, gather, analyze, and report data to explain financial phenomena and forecast market trends, applying study approaches.
Provide recommendation and consultation on economic relationships to businesses, for internal and external users. Develop economic rules and standards and prepare points of view used in predicting trends and formulating economic strategy.
Conduct research on economic topics and disseminate research findings through technical reports or scientific articles in periodicals. Study economic and statistical data in the range of specialization, such as Insurance, finance, Trade. Formulate recommendations, strategies, or plans to solve economic problems or to interpret markets.
Preparing and presenting studies and researches based on the insurance sector results and Department of Statistics, also preparing and designing surveys, which aims to provide recommendations on products and distribution in the Jordanian Insurance Industry. Furthermore, preparing and execute action plans based on the recommendation and the best practice of the pioneers markets.
Moreover, viewing the studies of the pioneers’ countries experience in which are correlate to our studies and research. Also, reviewing medical insurance coverage and preparing annual statistical reports for medical insurance for the insurance companies and for third party administration companies. Side by side with studying and analyzing economic dimensions on the national and global of relevance to the insurance industry in Jordan. Also, following up on progress of the insurance administration (IA) strategic plan, and updating it according to operations procedures.
Another task assigned to me is to keep the database up to date with the results of research and studies, and sharing it with the concerned departments. In addition, cooperating with different parties and stakeholders to provide useful research and studies. Furthermore, Implementing the latest statistical techniques using SPSS and Excel in cooperation with the management to support studies and research.
Moreover, preparing Complaints Reports: in-cooperation with other departments, which provide data and indicators on claims of insurance companies. Additionally, Preparing and compiling IA annual reports: gathering necessary data from IA stakeholders and from departments within the insurance commission, editing feedback of departments, follow up on quality of data and information, arranging graphs, indexing, coordinating with departments on content in Arabic and English.

Respond to requests for information from the media or designate an appropriate spokesperson or information source.
Study the objectives, promotional policies, or needs of organizations to develop public relations strategies that will influence public opinion or promote ideas, products, or services, side by side, with raising the insurance awareness in the Jordanian community.
Establish or maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of the insurance (private) sector, government partners, employees, or public interest groups (external and internal) to establish credibility and to maintain a strong relationship with local, regional, and international partners.
Arrange internal and external organization events, such as (appearances, lectures, contests, or exhibits) for the community to increase insurance awareness or to promote the goodwill of our organization. Also, managing and planning internal and external training programs (some of these events are worldwide and regional).
Preparing a daily press report for the Director-General and a daily press report for the employees, as well as following the insurance news on a daily basis and monitoring any insurance news.
Participating in the preparation of designs of all flyers, annual reports, and all publications, supervising And follow-up with third parties contracted to implement the publications according to the required specifications.
Provide support to supervisors to develop the skills and capabilities of the staff, side by side with monitoring the staff performance.
Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure. Moreover, provide information, assistance, and consultations on work-related issues to the supervisors and the staff.
Working at multiple significant strategies to keep our employees satisfied, such as, “Satisfaction Strategy”, “Turn over Strategy”, and “Rewards Strategy”.
Handling several administration works, such as, follow up with insurance companies regard (Life & Health insurance for the staff).
Contribute in the process of advertising, selection, initial interview, follow up with the recruitment committee for the nominees' CV and perform other related duties as required.
Issue licenses to individuals and corporates meeting standards to work as Insurance provider.
Evaluate applications, records, or documents to gather information about eligibility or liability issues.
Warn regulations violators of infractions or penalties.
Auditing the regulations and financial data for the insurance supporting services providers.
Prepare reports of insurance providers’ activities, evaluations, recommendations, or decisions.
Visit establishments to verify that valid licenses or certifications are display and that licensing standards are being upheld.
Reviewing and developing the instructions related to the work of the supporting service providers, and providing the necessary technical and skilled support for the development of the insurance sector.
Reviewing the agencies agreements between the Insurance providers and the insurance companies.
Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.
Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.
Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues, benefit plans, and collective agreement provisions.
Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
Responsible for the employees (Life & Health Insurance) and following-up with the insurance companies for claims and accounting.
Preparing employees loans within the policy and preparing overtime payments’, transportation, and cellular allowance and transfer these expenses to the employee account. Providing administration support for employees regard E-Banking, inquires, etc.
Provide management with information or training related to interviewing, performance appraisals, counseling techniques, or documentation of performance issues.
Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals.
Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.
Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.
Build and maintain client bases, keeping current client plans up-to-date and recruiting new clients on an ongoing basis.
Analyze financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies for meeting clients' financial objectives.
Answer clients' questions about the purposes and details of financial products.
Preparing reports for sales results and field visits’ outcomes, and preparing special offers for VIP companies.
Explain and document for clients the types of services that are to be provided, and the responsibilities to be taken by the personal banking advisor.
My main core production was through selling products at these 4 main lines:
1. Loans: personal loans, housing loans, car loans
2. Credit cards.
3. Status Accounts
4. Referrals for financial Planning and Premier Accounts
This program is open to the experienced professionals and the government officials from different countries, and is designed to train those students in the field of public affairs, public administration, and public policy. The program aims to - provide students with an opportunity to develop functional expertise, strategic perspectives, and public policy management tools that they require to operate effectively in a changing public policy environment or to understand such an environment. - help students to learn both the successes and failures in China's public policy making and management, and therefore to understand more about how to manage political, economic and social development in developing countries. - introduce students the techniques of policy analysis and program evaluation to resolve complex multi-dimensional policy challenges, as well as sharpen their leadership and communication skills.
Minor in Finance This bachelor's degree aims to qualify students in theory and practice in the field of accounting to meet the dynamic needs of labor markets, both locally and internationally. I also took 21 hrs from Finance management department, which made me holder of a bachelor's degree in accounting with a minor specialty in Finance.
