Contributes to the development of the graduate studies operational plan, policies, procedures and courses catalogue.
Works with the Coordinators/Directors of graduate programs to control and develop the current graduate programs and providing guidance for initiating new programs.
Insure all thesis requirements are met and processes the payments for the external evaluator.
Monitor the current Graduate Studies Academic performance based on MOE regulations.
Responsible for preparing MOE and SCHS requirements.
Review the Quality Assurance performance of graduates programs.
Manage the Admission process for all the Graduate studies program using Student Information System (SIS).
Create and design the reports that related to graduate programs and students.
Create and design electronic systems to improve tracking develop of graduate programs and the office.
Follow and solve the graduate student’s issues and the admission system problems.
Develop and update all graduate studies website and brochures information regularly.
