 Investing Support: Analysis, assessment, in depth DD-Validation, case leading & execution;
 Portfolio Management: Vet project studies and develop plans, create & review project’s budgets, financing & implementation plans along with monitoring & reporting (e.g., VIA AMMAN);
 Ventures Development: Investment concepts development within IVI Holding & with third parties (i.e., Franchise, JV, M&A) along with documentation development, structuring, & negotiation;
 Decision Making Support: entire investment cross-functional communication protocol with direct & indirect stakeholders (e.g., Board, Investors, Banks, Contractors, & Franchisors) and reporting.

 Projects; Ferdous Amman: VIA Amman act as project’s commercial champion lead including; legal structure, financial model & pricing models, branding & marketing, establish BD team, retail mix, showroom, master commercial plan creation, monitoring, reporting, & handle key cases;

 Investments; Investments opportunities generation, assessment, filtration, & nomination from financial, legal, & technical perspectives addressing investment economies, operations, history, politics, and legalities, along with generating recommendation (e.g., Movenpick Baghdad);

 Corporate; support corporate HQ creation and functions centralization, update IVI Branding & Appearance, BD planning & budgeting, contribute to the HQ & BD; investment structuring, Holding Group, & Family Office functions definition (e.g., connectivity department & subsidiaries).

 BD; generate, manage relationships along with structuring the service / project engagement (e.g., FMC investors, ECOVIS-JO, family & other offices, in healthcare, hospitality, industrial, GOV- PPP);
 Structuring; lead key projects design (HINCO Investments structuring), execution, & management along with documentation development/ or supervision (e.g., Tala Bay Valuation for M&A, concept note, teaser, presentation, business & economic modeling, SOW, proposal, investment deck, strategic action plans, & positioning);
 PM & Execution; perform consultation & project management (e.g., Business Framework & Digital Transformation of (e.g., IHH restructuring, Manaseer Group: Mawarid-JO:GOV:PSD; PPP);
 Corporate; Board & C-Level management & compliance both ways for Client & Group (e.g., board, strategy, case analysis & decision making, resources & financial planning, team building);

 Support in the execution of the projects (e.g., Mercy Corps: Micro Mentor/USAID: Micro Franchise)
 Creation and institutionalization of the global business channel across the countries;
 Relationship Management with local and international members (i.e., Jo, KSA, UAE);
 Support establishing business dialogs with investors/clients along with structure and facilitation
 Prepare periodical reports of corporate and business progress aligned with pre-defined strategy;

 Regional Hub Support (RHS) and align with other countries’ representatives to have business and protocols alignment (i.e., Palestine, Libya, Afghanistan, KSA, UAE, Iraq, then Global Office);
 Act as the center of excellence, producing Ad-Hoc, Business, and system support;
 Produce and review support protocol(s) and SOPs;
 Mentor and monitor franchise commitment along with steering leads to concerned countries.

 Work with the top management to develop the resource plan and workforce needs;
 Coordinate with advocates to develop internal rules and regulations;
 Develop functional and organizational charts, scales and grading system;
 Close involvement in the talent acquisition of (shortlisting, contraction, and onboarding).

 Deliver “Life Skills and Entrepreneurship” training course;
 Practice of soft business skills along with case studies analysis;
 Ideation and reflection on a business model for each entrepreneur/student.

 Key relationship management, maintaining clients and even up selling;
 Establish daily routines, distribute tasks, and evaluate performance;
 Align with group management (in KSA) financials, budgets, cash flow, and priorities;
 Upgrade working procedures, train, and implement system and internal procedures.
