❖ Involved in Day to day power plant routine inspection activities, inspection of pipelines and equipment. Checking and filling of oil & Watch coolant level. Keeping on engine for any abnormalities, vibration and sound etc.
❖ Involved in the engine maintenance activities, servicing and preventive maintenance with Wartsila engineers type (18V32LNGD) & caterpillar engine type (3508-3512).
❖ Confident in regular routine maintenance on Westfalia crude oil separators, Fuel oil Feeder & booster pumps, basket strainer, auto filters, duplex filters Air compressors, Nitrogen generator, Ventilation fans, radiator fans.
❖ Independently can perform oil change outs on engine and auxiliaries.
❖ Routine mechanical maintenance on Alternators.
❖ Can perform filter change and maintenance of L.O. Auto filters, fine filters & centrifugal filters.
❖ Confident in doing the Turbine and compressor washing while running.
❖ Operation of Diesel Power Plant, we are the responsible of all
Maintenance and repair task of all equipment on the Power station.
❖ Start up and shutdown (the CAT and Wartsila Engines, Separators, Start Air Compressor, and Operating Air Instrument.
❖ Synchronization for the Engines, close the Engines breakers in Blackout and bring up the plant in Black start.
❖ Skilled maintenance and timely overhauling, repairs on all types of mechanical including pumps and power plant support equipment.
❖ Fabricate and repair item utilizing pipe fittings, steel fabrication abilities.
❖ Ability and willingness to work extended shift hours, and over time as per required by Company

❖ Working for the production and chemical corrosion department
❖ Working in the Filed facilities recording the date of ESP Pumps Wellhead
❖ Chemical Injection skids pig launcher and receiver oil sampling BS&W
❖ Analyzing following up chemical Injection rates and adjusting
❖ Handing process equipment such RO unit
❖ Monitoring and decanting well head reading and sample collection sample BS&W analyzer and water cut testing
