•Vendor assists on DCS I/O card labelling & configuration based on design specifications and software configuration.
•Pre-commissioning and commissioning assistance to the vendors during start up, leak testing, simulation, calibration and fault finding of fire and gas and process equipment/instruments.
•Inspection of ATEX certified devices as per specification, documentation and proper area of installation.
•Mainly involve in Instrument Test Report preparation on the later part of the offshore project.
•Monitor during loop checking of field instruments for various facilities of the platform.
•Involved in the pre-commissioning and commissioning of the Gas Turbine Generator skid fire protection system including the CO2 system for the enclosures, gas detection in control buildings and shutdown and permissive logics .
