3-Develop annual operational budget and lead efforts to achieve set budget with desired growth.
4-Prepare advertising and promotional plans, promote products to relevant accounts, support existing accounts by suggesting proper product portfolio and keep them updated.
5-Conduct market research and competitive analyses to stay on top of market trends and competitive offerings; revise business development strategy based on the collated and analyzed marketing data.
6-Support the management in customer service activities and staff competence to optimize and sustain sales performance and customer satisfaction.
7-Communicate business and regional sales objectives to managers so that they remain well informed of business activity and their contribution to targets.
8-Review operational results to restructure business processes, reduce lead times and enhance service delivery.
9-Responsible for stock buying orders to all KSA market.
10-Liaise with the buying & merchandising teams for the supply of stock in the region to maximize stock potential.
11-Review and identify underperforming stores and develop plan to address performance issues effectively.
12-Manage and oversee the visual presentation of all stores, ensuring it represents the brand image and support the delivery of all marketing campaigns.
13-Monitor and review the staff and store performance through KPIs on regular basis; conduct mid-year and annual appraisals of the team, ensuring career development in the organization.
