Structural work:
Handling precast activities for 600 villas in Asala Aljawan Project, managing the delivery of precast elements and erection process for colomns, beams, and hollow core slabs.
Finishing work:
Handling all the finishing activities for more than 300 villas which including: waterproofing, internal and external paint, tile, wvc cladding, aluminum windows and doors, wvc doors, etc..
Responsiblities:
1- Managing the work for site engineers and supervisors.
2- Daily updating the progress on the company softwares.
3- Coordinating with MEP departments for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd fix.
4-Follow the sequence of work strictly, to avoid rework, and provide high quality of work.
5-Direct and manage project and stakeholders.
6- making sure that the ongoing activities, are aligned with the plan, contract and SOW.
7- coordinating with all organization departments ( procurement, planning, technical department and quality)
1st Project: King Salman Energy Park (Abqaiq-KSA)
Client: ARAMCO Consultant: Khatib and Alami
Responsible of structural work for two Industrial Buildings by:
1- Overseeing and direct construction project from conception to completion.
2- Reviewing the project in depth to schedule deliverables.
3- Coordinating with planning department, to develop project schedule.
4- Coordinating and collaborating with technical department to prepare SD and BBS.
5- Coordinating with procurement department to request the required materials early.
6- making sure that the ongoing activities, are aligned with the contract and SOW.
2nd Project: ARAMCO Ajyal Residential Project (Package 1, 2, 3, and 4) (Dhahran-KSA)
Client: ARAMCO Consultant: Turner
Responsible of handing over stage for 15+ zones (about 300 villas), starting from completing the remaining activities(Aluminum windows and doors, wooden doors, Metal doors, kitchen cabinets, counter top, glass partition, rolling door, car parking, Terracotta, Internal and external Paint, MEP third fix and closing exception items, until transfer the product (handing over the keys) to ARAMCO PMT.
Responsibilities:
1- Integrate and coordinate between delivery departments and the client.
2- Identify risks and exploit the opportunities, to expedite the handover process.
3- Direct and manage stakeholders by following certain handover sequence, in order to provide high quality and avoid rework.
4- Prepare handover plan and submit it to the senior management and client.
5- Divide the zones or sub zones into parts, to expedite the handover process.
6- Follow preparation of the required documentation (As built drawings, warranties, etc.), which is necessary to close the project.
7- Follow the exception item lists and snagging closely with all Project teams and the consultant.
8- Coordinate with the client and relevant stakeholders for early occupancy of villas.
-ARAMCO Ajyal Residential Project (Package 1, 2, 3, and 4).
-Responsible about block, plastering, and painting works for two zones, managing the work for many subcontractors and company manpower, managing with different suppliers and requesting the required materials.
-ITCC (Information Technology and Communication Complex)
Responsible about different finishing activities for 7 buildings each building with 5 stories, following with Subcontractors and suppliers to complete the desired works like painting, tile and marble work, Aluminum cladding, stone cladding, roofing system, etc.., and making the required inspections.
I’ve Built a septic tank for Ministry of health in a hospital in Albaha city, with all required plumbing work and manholes, starting from excavation up to handing over the project to MOH, was responsible about requesting the materials following the activities with the consultant and managing site manpower.
Was responsible about multistory buildings in different places, following the drawings, and calculating the required quantities.
My graduation project was design of office complex using ACI and ASTM codes.
