Responsibilities 1. Configuring and maintaining different network devices (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, WAF, Wireless etc.). 2. Participate in vulnerability tests (VAPT) and closing the audit points. 3. Troubleshooting the network connectivity issues reported by corporate users and partner banks. 4. Assist the partners and banks to build secure and robust network connectivity in order to access the services offered by BENEFIT.
5. Completion of different network and security projects assigned on time. 6. Perform regular health checks on different network and security devices.
7. Train and guide staffs on new services, systems and procedures. 8. Provide and maintain up to date documents for network support, operations and training purposes.
