- CDMA project team in July 2004 to install the CDMA O&M exchange in Tanta as a center of ZTE WLL CDMA project in Delta Egypt.
- Join installation and acceptance of the project O&M (BSS&MSS) with Telecom Egypt team.
- Join the configuration (Physical & Radio) of the BSS (BSC & BTSs) of the system.
- Supervise the performance of the BTS, prepare the reports of the system performance (Daily, Monthly, Periodically).
- Solve the alarms of the system (BSC & BTSs) with our Radio
Transmission O&M team.
- Responsible for solving the problems in BTSs .
- Deal with Planning & Optimization programs (CNT GPS).
- Deal with MSS with its switching theory and connections with PSTN by transmission E1 and fiber links with SS7 signaling.
- Apple to use VAS systems like CSC, OTAF functions and PDSN.
- Supervise the O&M of LUCENT CDMA wireless system (5ESS exchange, ECP processor &Radio Part).
