• Traveling to several countries following the Gap in market and cover customers complains. Maintain any problem with clients and correct it
Contact with several departments whether purchasing, QC or production for complete orders for clients in exact time.
• Running several projects in developing packaging whether contacting creative agencies, contact packaging manufacturer in corporation with PDD department “ packaging development department” to achieve the clients requirement and its standard
• Contact with suppliers worldwide with corporation purchasing department. Following all purchasing steps starting from receiving samples to tested until logistics’ and delivery to warehouses
• Drive events, trade shows & exhibitions abroad and its participation. I.e.“ Automechanika, Interpack, packaging innovation “ by finding raw materials suppliers and promoting our products
• Working in projects related to product developments inMENA and east Africa with rebranding several products.

Internal Role in headquarter office:
 Deals by contacting potential partners discovering and exploring opportunities, Following up new Business opportunities and setting up meetings with Planning and preparing presentations, Communicating new product and services developments to prospective clients, conducting a marketing research for potential markets with conducting risk assessment and analysis data, promote our vessels and tugs to other clients worldwide by conduct cold calling, warm calling with current clients and open new markets by using other marketing strategies tools. Making a presentation for the perspective clients and site visits for marine units to make an audit on it with clients. Coordinate crewing of the vessels and crew planning course activity, promotions, and vessels transfers
External Role following the projects company in GCC & MENA
 Preparing weekly and monthly reports i.e. DPR (Daily Progress Report) attend meeting with clients
 “Minutes of meeting “H S E meeting, weekly meeting with clients discussing the working procedures
 & settle down any problems might arise in projects with clients& subcontractor.
 Operate, contact and facilitate all Charterer requirements for the offshore vessels operating under their contracts.
 Office manager Maridive branch office in Khafji city in Saudi Arabia preparing daily reports for headquarter, purchase& import materials for marine units if its needed, sign on and off for marine crews and visa issues, prepared financial reports and bills. Arrange with crewing and clearance department all required activities to support operation Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations examining risks and potentials estimating partners' needs and goals.
 Working experience as HSE officer / instructor at Maridive Barge offshore base / Maridive 300 to give a safety induction for new crew who are coming to work in marine units. Safety drills training “Firefighting, Sea rescue etc...

• Help to increase sells. Analyze market data on a local, regional or national level, and determine what people are buying, figure and analysis the gaps in the market.
• Assists with the development, writing, and communication of Marketing plans, promotional recaps, creative briefs, project recommendations, and presentations.
• Assists with writing and editing of promotional literature, newsletters, direct marketing, and Internet marketing projects.
• Assists branch offices with managing advertising initiatives and media plans. Execute the day to day delivery of email marketing campaigns, e-newsletters, invitations etc.
