1. Working as Executive Office Senior Manager for ALJ Enterprises Chief Corporate Officer, Board Member.

3. Maintain and ensure the contracts approval cycle and procedures.
4. Interface Relationship with Civil Defiance, Municipality, GACA, Saudi Post, Ministry of transportation and all Government Sector Related to the company business.
5. Yearly budgeting for the rented sites.
6. Ensure all owned and rented sites are suitable accordingly safety standards.
7. Respond to and initiate the Billing System to employee’s inquiries regarding telecommunication services (STC & Zain).

•Handling the security (contract and salary invoices).

2. Welcoming the vice chairman’s VIP guests:
•Providing accommodation in a luxury hotel.
•Providing transportation.
•Providing meeting rooms.
3. Meeting rooms organizer.
4. Receiving special requests for the vice chairman’s office.
5. Receiving complaints and deliver it to HR department.
6. Preparing the items for the new hired employees.
7. Collecting the items of resigned employees.
