1- Accounts Receivable Accountant prepares daily deposits.
2- Record the accounting transactions by booking the invoices into the accounting system
3- Initiate and maintain a file for each customer that has been assigned. Prepare the Credit Contract with Customer. Ensure that the supporting documents are provided, e.g., copies of license, approval of Business Units, Legal, Head of Credit & Collections, and CFO. Assign a unique customer number to each file
4- Enter all receipts voucher timely.
5- Prepare export collections daily.
6- Enter inventory that related to sales department commission.
7- Calculate the sales department evaluation that related to sales department commission.
8- Calculate car petrol monthly.
9- Open new items on customer account.
10- Calculate company mobile monthly and mailing the report to the bill collector.
11- Receive our statement after customer sign on it.
13- Make all department filing.

-مراجعة الفواتير قبل فوترتها والتأكد من نسب المجاني والخصم ومدي موافقتها لعقود العملاء
-بديل لمسؤول الخذنه فترات الأجزات
-عمل أرشيف كامل لكل العقود والمسندات والمراسلات الخاصه بالعملاء
