I am working in Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) L1 station since November 2011. This Plant is a Combined Cycle Power Plant with MSF Desalination Units. It comprises of:
3 Gas Turbines of 250MW each, Make: GENERAL ELECTRIC, Mark VI Control System, 9FA
3 HRSG of 430t/h, Make: DOOSAN
2 Auxiliary Boiler of 750t/h each, Make: DOOSAN
2 Steam Turbines of 160MW each, Make: TOSHIBA, TOSHMAP Control System
5 MSF Desalination Units of 13.5MIGD
each
Compressor Make: Atlas COPCO

Job Criteria:
Breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance planned shutdown and annual overhauling of all instruments & control equipments to meet set objective of strategic planning and targeted quality and safety
•Calibration, servicing and parts replacement of all Electronic, hydraulic & Pneumatic instruments
•Trouble shooting of motor operated valves (MOV), Pneumatic valves and Hydraulic valves
•Modification work activities
•Co-operation with operation department
•Maintain logbook as per work done
•Maintaining the calibration record as per ISO17025/9000 requirements
•Ensure proper use of calibration & test equipments. Maintain healthiness and proper preservation of calibration equipments
•Prepare and maintain calibration records of field instruments as per quality procedures and ensure its availability as and when required
•Collect and prepared Specification details for field instruments to enable proper procurement of spare parts.
•Computerized maintenance management system “MAXIMO” based work order tracking

temperature transmitters switches, replacement of defective parts, overhauling and Spares kit replacement of ASCO solenoid valves, directional valves performed maintenance of relay logics circuit on motor control centers
• Performed shift duties to support reliable plant operation.
• Good working experience of Control valve / motorized valve stroking, calibration of Conventional and smart Fisher valve petitioners, overhauling and maintenance of different Types of pneumatic and hydraulic Actuators.
• In dependably work on re-calibration of transmitter's transducers receivers and field gauges Pressure /flow /level and temperature switch calibration.
• Piping/tubing connections of detectors /sensors to Instruments.
• Knows the HART communicators 375, 475 fluke process calibrators of different models
