Reporting to the Head of Production and leading the project operations under the acrylic division.
 Supervising the floor operational plans for diverse projects, coordinating with other divisions which include the design, technical and procurement teams.
 Overseeing the day to day production operations which include preparing schedule, manpower allocation, machine allocation, and job/project allocation while making sure to be in line with forward load and meeting client requirements.
 Coordinating with the project and delivery teams, ensuring delivery of projects and relevant installation equipment is met on-site.
 Maintaining good relationship with contractors and sub-contractors.
 Reviewing the testing and development process, while ensuring quality standards are adhered to and client requirements are met.
 Implementing Lean and Six Sigma principals during the production process, thereby ensuring reduction in material wastage and improving efficiency of both machine and labor.
 Liaising with the procurement and delivery department in obtaining the needed material for new projects and delivering finished goods on time.
