Reporting to the Head of Production and leading the project operations under the acrylic division.
Supervising the floor operational plans for diverse projects, coordinating with other divisions which include the design, technical and procurement teams.
Overseeing the day to day production operations which include preparing schedule, manpower allocation, machine allocation, and job/project allocation while making sure to be in line with forward load and meeting client requirements.
Coordinating with the project and delivery teams, ensuring delivery of projects and relevant installation equipment is met on-site.
Maintaining good relationship with contractors and sub-contractors.
Reviewing the testing and development process, while ensuring quality standards are adhered to and client requirements are met.
Implementing Lean and Six Sigma principals during the production process, thereby ensuring reduction in material wastage and improving efficiency of both machine and labor.
Liaising with the procurement and delivery department in obtaining the needed material for new projects and delivering finished goods on time.

Reporting directly to the Head of Production and General Manager.
Supervising day to day production activities, while ensuring highest standards of quality and timely delivery of all project items.
Developing production schedule comprising of weekly manpower allocation, track of available manpower and project-wise manpower distribution based on skillset.
In charge of project handover from sales to design and production, gaining approval on samples from client and ensuring every product activity is quality checked.
Liaising with quality, procurement, sales and design to ensure all essential project-wise details are collected and transferred to the manufacturing team to maintain hassle-free production.
Review and approve bill of quantity from design department and forwarding to the procurement.
