Responsibilities:
Identify and establish new growth opportunities and revenue streams in existing and new markets to grow revenue and improve customer lifetime value.
• Effectively collaborate with sales, marketing, content, legal and leadership teams within the ClickSafety organization
• Network within the industry including key associations and events resulting in face to face meetings with business leaders and decision makers including “C” level executives within our target marketplace
• Negotiate large and complex contracts with long-term commitments
• Perform as a self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture while being independent in managing his/her business
• Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Deliver compelling customer presentations that expertly articulate ClickSafety training solutions
Responsibilities:
Gather customer trends, needs and competitor information and disseminate within the organization.
Set strategic direction for Key Account Customers with General Operations Manager or Country Manager.
Develop, negotiate, implement and monitor customer specific strategies in line with brand objectives “Account plan”, including range development, merchandising / space, promotion, pricing.
Maximize potential for Nestle and customer category.
Define and set up best Practices of Promotion planning.
Ensure that in- store activity generates sales.
Prepare and conduct regular customer business planning and review periodically cycle involving all internal service provider.
Prepare tailor-made promotion in line with marketing objective.
Review and amend the promotion forecast (volume and fund needed).
Follow up financial performance of Key Account Customer (Customer Contribution Statement and Trade Spend) for future discussions.
Develop and keep up-to-date Customer Profiles.
Follow up on payment delays.
Develop and manage long term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Developed sales and marketing programs, established volume levels, sales account plans, formulated market strategies.
Kept records of collection and status of accounts up to date, received payments and posted respective amounts to customer’s account.
