Key Accountabilities
Primary responsibility for handling end-to-end MEP project management activity in Metro Dubai
Be responsible for
o Reviewing, recording and submitting materials / drawings submittals to the Client for necessary approvals
o Anchoring coordination meetings to resolve conflicts in MEP Services and offering solutions
o Drafting, Reviewing, Editing and Submitting Project Correspondences to relevant parties
o Attending progress meeting with Consultants and Client to get the best possible results of the project
o Performing follow up
• With Authorities for getting their approvals Viz. Dewa, Etisalat, Civil Defence etc.
• For long delivery materials and ensuring on-time delivery to facilitate project progress
o Ensuring
• Compliance with the shop drawings load distribution schedule, single line diagram etc.
• Supply / installations as per approved materials
o Carrying out all snag works; Primary handing over of the project post completion

Horizontal Cables that Included HFC Cables, Fiber Optic Cables with making DSRs and As Built’s drawings
Drop Cable Installation by using RG6, RG7, and RG11 Cables with making Site Diaries as well as the Invoices and
coordinating with the Owners and the E-Vision
Civil Work Projects with the Etisalat for making EB, JRC4, JRC12, JRC14 and Cabinet Base for Pedestals
Laying Ducts for pulling HFC cables and Fiber Optic Cables. Making Site Diaries and As Built Drawing for the same project
Working in Approvals from the Owners of the Buildings Concerning E-vision for the Etisalat Project
Power installations for the Fiber Nodes including arranging Meters and approvals.
Conducting meetings with Etisalat, HFC and E-Vision (Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman)
