Implement and monitor deployment of the corporate HR and Support Services processes and system (Recruiting, Reward and Recognition, Training, ESS, C&B, HR ERP, IT, Procurement and Administration), Provide comprehensive advise on HR processes to management employees, strive for excellence in deployment of processes IN ORDER TO facilitate smooth operation of HR processes at the Business Unit.
Employee Relations
Provide employee relation framework for the business unit aligned with corporate HR guidelines, including employing, managing, establishing communication channels, benchmarking employment terms of workmen across industries, grievance, negotiating with workmen representatives on personnel issues, monitoring implementation of long-term settlements IN ORDER TO ensure that harmonious relationships between management and workmen.
Statutory Compliance
Monitor compliance of different statutes such as health & safety norms, and other legal matters, acquire certification from concerned areas, liaise with concerned authorities and represent company in various forums IN ORDER TO ensure compliance with legal requirements and ISO standards as well.
Administration
Supervise all administration related activities like security, canteen, estate management, ensure service level commitment and adherence to statutes and ensure smooth operations and positive work environment.
