expiration date, quality, smell, fragile items, using different methods to keep liquids

-Maintain the stock accuracy and minimize misallocated items to keep the picking
process with higher efficiency.
-Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct
demand from customers.
- Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory.- Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
- Control picking exceptions and create the way to clear reasons.

-Prepare the orders in an efficient way to meet customers’ expectations.

2019 till Feb 2020. I was assigned to kick off this project.
- Linehaul schedules to maximize capacity, minimize partial trailer loads and ensure
service integrity for assigned areas.
-Plans, schedules and succeeds the inbound and outbound Linehaul Operations for
the hub (RTO Pallets).
-Develops strategic plans to support peak volume.
-Organizes combination dispatches and follows up to ensure on-time delivery and
pickup of trailers
-Fosters a safety-conscious culture by supporting safety initiatives.
-Ensure and oversees an investigation of schedule delays, accidents and equipment
failures.
-Develop contingency plans to ensure on-time load delivery in the event of a route
breakdown or accident
-Analyze records relating to transportation safety programs and produces
performance and compliance reports.
-Accomplish daily operations, reports, pre alerts, emails, receipt confirmation to
insure maximum line haul efficiency.
-Focus on load plans from origin service centers monitoring cause and effect and
monitor results of each trucking company
