* Integrated all manpower & organizational data into a single data warehouse and developed own business intelligence tools & reports that assisted the management in times of restructuring & downsizing
* Maintained an advanced Positions Database for over 600 titles and overlooked the preparation & approval of 350 Job Descriptions for the Construction Division
* Initiated major improvement initiatives within the Construction Manpower Department related to the Manpower Data which provided the management with greater visibility & control
* Collected and analyzed global manpower forecast reports for all new & ongoing construction projects.
* Developed Project Organization for SAR 7.5 billion construction project located in 305 locations kingdom-wide distributed amongst 22 project zones
