Franchises, Marketing, US Principle, and Projects) with currently 53 operating branches in UAE, KSA & Oman.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Managing Charleys Operations between UAE, KSA & Oman, including company owned stores and
franchises stores as well.
2. Complete supply Chain management for the entire brand & maintaining stock.
3. Communications with Landlords on existing leases and new lease management.
4. All new projects from obtaining the locations, FSR, store fit out process, equipment till operating the
store.

Managing 08 PappaRoti’s branches within UAE (AUH region) • Managing overall day to day operation and present at all the stores daily. • Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and quality standards. . Increase the sales across all stores. . Coordinate with account team re the P&L. . Launch a new food menu with simple items to match the brand, as only PappaRoti is serving buns with cold or hot drinks. • Implementing all policy as per company roles. • Overall operational performance in all relevant aspects. • building good working relationship with the customers through effective communication and constant liaisons • Implement, maintain and monitor strict cost control system in all departments on my operation without compromising quality. • Implementing HACCP system and food safety. • Developing menus in conjunction with the master franchisee, analysing them from cost perspective as well as customer satisfaction and finally implementing it. • Monitor all supplies and other requirements from suppliers and local vendors- analysing requirements & approving all the LPOs. • Ensuring effective stock control system—i.e. safe storage, stock rotation, validity etc. • Petty cash management…… Authorizing all expenditures. • Preparing ‘Yearly Budget’ as well as monthly ‘Forecast’ • Attending ‘Audit Meetings’---internal, external. • Making Manpower Requisition depend of the operation’s needs. • Approving Duty Schedule, Attendance Report and sending Payroll, leave schedule & reliever request for processing. • Providing directions, training and developments of employees also on going in-house trainings and Identify additional training requirements. • Conducting performance evaluation including promoting staffs, salary revision, disciplinary actions etc

Projects: - 
Since I started on Dec 2015, I have managed to start a new branch at Khalidiyah mall-AUH and its successfully operating now.  Have managed to get a new location at Al Ain mall-AUH and signed the leasing and working on the store drawings and shop fitting.  A new proposed location at YAS Mall-AUH and yet negotiate the leasing at the moment.  Search for a new suitable locations for PappaRoti

Period breakdown:-  Nov 2005 till Dec 2006 as a waiter  Jan 2007 till Aug 2008 promoted as FOH Supervisor  Aug 2008 till Dec 2009 promoted as Franchise consultant  Dec 2009 till April 2011 promoted as Operations manager  April 2011 till Nov 2015 promoted as Operations and Projects manager Duties: Operations include all Franchisee stores: -  Proof sales record for the past eight years, increasing stores sales, Profit, and decrease the Wastage for all branches.  Decision maker, with a strong vision to choose location, built team, and the entire opening process.  Managing all M&B Franchisee stores and coordinates with them.  Monthly BER (Business Excellency Reports) for all company own stores and franchisee stores re their quality and M&B standard.  Day to day operational management of all business activity with responsibility for line managers, support staff and store based staff.  Reporting directly to the managing director, working with confidential information and communicating all appropriate areas through to the team with discretion and sensitivity.  Monitoring and driving daily activity for both the sales and operations teams.  Conducting staff meetings to review progress, highlight and address concerns to ensure the business is on course to achieve monthly targets.  Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.  Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.  Analyzing sales figures forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.  Coordinating man power and Rotas including authorizing holidays and managing sickness procedures for all staff with emphasis on ensuring the support team have sufficient staff levels at all times to ensure monthly objectives are not adversely affected.  Coordinate with suppliers, to ensure the delivering of items and products to outlets.  Work creatively to motivate and direct as a team and on an individual basis where necessary.  Supporting the managing director with negotiation, relationship building etc which will include attending meetings to present services to potential franchisees.  Work closely with designers to create monthly promo posters and Menu formulation based on regional requirements & Recipe dev.  I was presenting Mugg and Bean as the HACCP leader.  Managed to get HACCP certifications for five of our existing stores.  Interviewing and recruiting new staff from cleaner to all levels.  Staff annual vacations, ticketing and planning.  Comprise & implement annual marketing & advertising calendar.  Daily stores visit and be on top of the operations 24hrs/7


Note: - have started with them from being a waiter and grow internally with the company.

Projects: -  Responsible for all new project/stores included franchised stores.  Arrange all the site related LOD and proceed with the store drawings accordingly.  Arrange all BOQs and coordinate with landlords and contractors.  Arrange all the authority’s approvals (ADDC, DEWA, ADCD, DCD, ADM, DM, ADFCA.............etc)  All new stores fit-out progress and opening for trend.  All new stores equipment, furniture, branded items and complete POS-Micros system  I have done 07 new branches of Mugg and Bean (Mushrif Mall, Wahda Mall, Al Thanya Rd Dubai, Al Marasy AUH Bateen, Capital Plaza Towers, ADEC next to Khalifa Park and Al Reem Island) and have done two stores renovations, these all inside UAE. And all are successfully operating now.  I have done 02 new branches of Mugg and Bean (Fahaheel and Salmia) these at Kuwait area.
