• Troubleshooting and diagnoses the various codes (active, events )
• Performing the required calibrations by ET when required for all new m/c
• Performing major and minor repairs for our machines
• Performing yearly plane for PM service and get sure of the right appliance by
Subordinates. Beside controlling spare parts ordering process for needful
repairs which required to achieve the best availability time for our machines
Provide CAT customers full support and perform complete periodic
Inspections for machines at site to improve up time for machines and resale
Value concept which is very important to customer
* Predict the necessary and needed spare parts for my customers to avoid
Down time at different sites during various projects
* Achieving the required spare parts and service target during my site visits
And machines inspection recommendation
* Monitoring CAT new products and newly delivered machines to get sure
The high performance of our machines by using (CTS, TA1, TA2, ET)
* Preparing estimation for the expecting spare parts which will be consumed.
Welcoming the clients, performing a routine inspection and troubleshooting
for machine's problem, then writing a complete report about these defects, and
finally delivering the machine to the technicians.
• Following up the machine repairing and promoting required spare parts.
• Performing the final test for the machine and delivering it to the client.
• Recording the visits appointments and the machines repairing dates for
sudden and safety procedures.
