Responsibilities and Achievements
• Review and comment the Statement of Requirement) and Field Development Plan.
• Preparation of the project budget, planning and contractual strategy.
• Ensure that all phases (basic engineering, contracting process, engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation) on different projects run in parallel at different stages are performed in conformity with the SOR, technical specifications, budget, planning and HSE rules and objectives.
• Ensure the schedule is met, and provide the relevant data to the planning engineers for consolidation.
• Developing the project execution plan, the project organization and the required means to ensure smooth project development and technical coordination.
• Coordinate, with the assistance of Project Control entity, the negotiations for any new Contract or Purchase Order.
• Identify risks and manage associated mitigation actions. Ensure, with the assistance of HSEQ manager, that the control and follow-up of the quality are in place from engineering to project completion.

Gallaf Batch 3-North Oil Company (NOC): Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning for 20”, 18”, 12”, 10” and 8” Pipelines. Installation of new Riser, Risers Guard, Clamps and Subsea Spools. Laying of 2 Fiber Optic and power cables.

Responsibilities

• Lead all the engineering activities related to Offshore Operations Scope of the Pipe-lay, Installation and Transportation vessels.
• Responsible for delivery of all engineering requirements and deliverables.
• Responsible for ensuring that standard of engineering services provided complies with corporate standards and Client specifications along with appropriate legislation.
• Manage the engineering resources and interfaces on the project to achieve successful delivery.
• Interface with discipline leads to ensure deliverable schedule is being met and budget is on track.
• Manage the Interface with Company existing facilities and other contractors involved in the project.
• Manage the Interface with Subcontractors (Commissioning, Diving, etc.) and Suppliers.

Production Uplift Pipeline Project-Exxon Mobil: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning for 24” Pipelines (CRA-Corrosion Resistant Alloy) from IDOHO BP Platform to QIT-onshore and from IDOHO BP Platform to EDOP Subsea Manifold, 24” Pipeline (Flare line) from ASABO Platform to ASABO Flare Tripod. Removal of existing Risers, Risers Guards, Clamps and Subsea Spools. Installation of new Risers, Risers Guards, Clamps and Subsea Spools. Laying of Fiber Optic cable from IDOHO BP platform to onshore QIT Terminal. Topside Modifications on the Platform and Brownfield work Onshore at the Terminal.
