- Job responsibilities:
1- Leading and Managing engineering team (Technical Coordinators, engineers and draughtsman) in terms of reviewing and producing multi-disciplines deliverables according to project requirement and works priorities including but not limited to shop drawings, materials submittals, design drawings, report …etc.
2- Close coordination with the Project Designer, follow up and holding regular meetings, design review and optimization to meet the project requirements in terms of construction, cost and time.
3- Coordination civil/architectural/structural trades with MEP drawings, to ensure that electromechanical requirements are fulfilled.
4- Dealing and handling existing utilities including diversion and protection of dry Kahramaa and telecommunication utilities as per relevant authorities requirements.
5- Dealing and handling QP existing and future lines (16" and 24") respectively and making protection proposal as per QP requirements and working on it/ liaise with the consultant, site team and designer, raising RFIs to find optimum solutions for the site implementation.
6- Preparation tender document/file for tendering/subcontracting and responding technical queries received from bidders during tendering stage.
7- Reviewing the project documents and Monitoring cases of discrepancies/required information and solve it out by arranging coordination meetings, raising RFIs…. etc.
8- Close coordination with the construction team to ensure the work continuity and fulfill their needs in terms of required technical documents, Monitoring the site technical issues
9- Preparation of the closing out documents for project handing over.
- Project: Al-Wakra/Wukair TSE line Project QR 350 Million.

Projects:
1- Design and Build North Site Utility Tunnel with total length of 5.10 km, QR 600 Million.
2- Truck marshaling area in education city, QR 200 Million.
3- Road works with all underground services, QR 350 Million.

Job responsibilities:
1- Leading and managing engineering team to produce the deliverables of all engineering documents including shop drawings, materials, design report …etc.
2- Close coordination with the project designer, follow up and holding regular meetings, design review and optimization to meet the project requirements in terms of construction, cost and time.
3- Monitoring the site technical problems and working on it/ liaise with the consultant, site team and designer, raising RFIs to find optimum solutions for the site implementation.
4- Coordination with the designer to get economical design complying with the client basic design and liaison with the consultant to get the design approved within master schedule.
5- Cordinating the work with all trades to each other, (MEP, civil) to get the job done in satisfactory manner.
6- Monitoring all changes/deviations during construction stage resulting from a new documents issued by the clients.
7- Reviewing the project documents and Monitoring cases of discrepancies/required information and solve it out by arranging coordination meetings, raising RFIs….etc.
8- Preparation of closing out documents for the project handing over.
Project:
Lusail development-Sewer treatment Plant & Pump Stations, QR700 Million, the project includes process and non-process buildings with associated buildings, road works and underground services. (Design & built)

Job responsibilities:
1- Managing technical team to produce the required deliverables to the clients for approval and to the site for implementation as per priority and master schedule.
2- Reviewing and checking Basic client’s drawings issued by the clients and alerting for technical comments and variation.
3- Full coordination with the client, consultant; designer; site…etc. to solve all technical problems resulting from client’s drawings or site interfaces and deliver the optimum solution for site implementation.
4- Leading a team of HDD work, Horizontal Directional Drilling, and Micro Tunneling works for pipeline transfer in terms of civil works, coordinating with the authorities for existing underground services, required permits…etc.

Qatar Power Transmission System Expansion Phase V GTC/14/2003
Client: KAHRAMAA
Job responsibilities:
1- Lead Site Activities and undertaking the required inspections and Handing over for the site activities.
2- Managing delivery of all project construction, coordinating on all logistics, engineering, permitting.
3- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the construction supervisors and the site activities.
4-Daily, weekly and monthly reports.
