-Ensures controls are in place to make certain all activity is monitored and reported as to meet business objectives.
-Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in our factory.
-Develop and draft an improved production process.
-Ensures procedures are in place and implemented such that all work is prioritized and, where necessary, emergent work or lower priority planned work is deferred to later periods.
- Ensures budgets are developed based on detailed activity plans (costed, prioritized activities) for execution.
- Maintain and update operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.
-Participate with the CRTS, Inc team in Re-Bar Coating Plant installation.
-Supervise the operation steps of the Re-Bar Coating plant .
- Ensure that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.
- Monitor operation of plant equipment and systems.
- Review the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and repairs maintenance shop equipment.
1) Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
2) Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
3) Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
- Supervise plant maintenance personnel.
- Ensure that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
- Communicate regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.
- Assist with hiring of maintenance personnel.
1) Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.
2) Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
