Responsible for managing entire gamut (7 Lack sq.ft with 10, 000+ associates) of facilities - 24/7 operations
Key Result Areas:
Facilities Operations
Ensuring the facility with uninterrupted power, water and supply of other amenities of the facilities.
Accountable for FM services (Housekeeping, Pest Control, Repairs and Maintenance etc.) processes,

General Administration & Management
Responsible for Vendor & Contract management, Procurement Coordination, Budget Planning &
monitoring, Team management, management reports/analysis.
Invoice processing, operational monthly/weekly review, Transport Crew meeting, Cuisine Crew
meeting, Employees connect session, Event Management, Builders’ review meeting etc.
Guest Relations (Client Xperience)
Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences
Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones.
Coordinating and managing communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve
customer concerns.
Manage guest relations team (including Receptionists and Concierges) to ensure we comply with all
standards and operating procedures
Transport Operations
Responsible for managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation within the
organization.
Managing budgets, system governance, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements,
and making sure that drivers are aware of their duties.
Ensuring all transport partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure
smooth operations.
Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and
meeting with individual staff members.
Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements
Security Operations
Responsible and accountable in protecting personnel and ensuring that people, places and properties
are safe.
Effectively communicates and escalates emergencies to the management and provide timely resolution
of life-safety or security emergencies
Performing the Security risk assessments to identify specific requirements such as lighting, video
surveillance and secure access controller
Managing Fire Drills and ensure fire safety. Controlling movement of Materials, Vehicle, Guest and
Visitors Staff of the facility.
Managing access control system. Managing the complete parking of the campus. Dealing with Police
Department in case of VIP visits or any other related issues.
Horticulture
Supervising the complete Horticulture activity of the campus. Maintaining of the existing areas and
development of the new areas. To ensure enough greener across the campus.
Softservices (Xperience Services)
Delivering a consistent level of services, within the organization’s standards, to the contract
specification and agreed KPI performance, qualitative and financial targets.
Continued improvement across all aspects of catering and cleaning services through innovation and
efficiencies.
Reporting and monitoring of performance and accounts to ensure control of spending and budgets.
Managing compliance including standard operating procedures, purchasing, statutory requirements
(health and safety)
Food & Beverages (Cafeteria Operations)
Responsible for the entire cafeteria operations and handling office dining for 10000+ employees,
ensuring the quality and right quantity served as per the MSA.
Maintaining complete hygiene and standards of the personnel and machinery in the Kitchen.
Organizing F&B Services for all the events on the facility like Customer Visit, Workshops, and Conf. etc.
Ensuring monthly kitchen audit and maintaining the F&B vendors’ statutory legal compliance.
Business Continuity Management
Responsible and accountable for Business As Usual during the crises.
Liaise with BCP Coordinators to develop effective working relationships and BCP plans.
Ensuring the right individuals are in the right roles to maximize business continuity performance.
Analyzes technical and business requirements that drive critical business functions.
Assists organizational business leaders with assigning the best individuals to roles and responsibilities.
