Manage Red Sea Safety IT requirements and also work on the following freelance projects:
• Create a Data centre for Red Sea Safety required me to build a suitable solution that involved minimal infrastructure with cloud integration that enabled file sharing, Backup and cloud email
• Implemented an ERP for Red Sea Safety that has a financial module within the desired cost, manage the ERP implementation project.
• Implemented a Data centre for Nihad Trading Group, Amman, Jordan which demanded an active directory and an exchange redundant mail server plus cloud backup.
• Work on a mobile device game details are confidential, using the following tools: C++, Unreal Engine, Maya, Blender
Spearhead plans and execute the IT strategy to ensure objectives and tasks allignment is in compliance with corporate objectives and vision. Formulate IT annual budget, analyse existing systems and technologies, and assist on various operational issues to streamline targets and objectives. Introduce process improvement plans and assure an up to date IT environment in accordance with service level agreement SLA. Maintain IT assets and manage asset distribution and lifecycle, administer helpdesk management, and oversee systems’ stability and availability. Develop teams, organise hardware and software implementation, and policies and procedures to enhance performance and productivity in line with ITIL best practices, some of the projects that I worked on are as follow:
Write the Information Technology policies for Tabreed then create and implement their procedures by following the ITIL guidelines.
Implement Information security within the CISSP and ISO 27001 guidelines.
Backend integration between Orion CRP with JD Edwards ERP.
Implemented a document management system to achieve high document security and availability as well as reduced paper usage.
Redesigned IT structure and network portfolio to meet company sizing and security needs.
Rebuilt the server room to achieve security and servers requirements

Ensured specific software manuals, improved applications as per business requirement, and launched Microsoft Active Directory service to achieve augmented results.

• Programmed code integrations between nPower DNA system, Cognos BI, Fingerprint system, and JD Edwards using T-SQL or/and C++.
