* Handling advising of LC to the beneficiary or second advising bank, checking of technical workability of the LC’s and adding
confirmations to the LC based on beneficiary’s request of authorization of issuing bank, advising of transferable LCs to the second
beneficiary's bank via MT720, and handling the assignment of proceeds. Successfully send documents to nominated/confirming bank
or issuing bank on approval basis as per LC terms and beneficiary’s request

confirmed and unconfirmed export letters of credit and outward collections.
* Manage queries related to the export letter of credit and outward collections received from counterparties and correspondent banks
via SWIFT.
* Ensure bank policies, guidelines and procedures are adhered to and review and take action on points and recommendations
highlighted in audit reports and error logs.
* Maintain reports and ensure all the deferred charges, confirmation commission and LC advising bank charges are collected from the
respective banks, carry out the liquidation of non-discounted, discounted bills, transferable bills, and assignment of proceeds.
* Play a key role and handle end-to-end outward documentary collections, scrutinizing each presentation for compliance as per the
bank's policy, manage documents under Outward collections, Availization, discounting and settlement of availed and non-availed
collection bills.
* Handling customer complaints and provide best resolution on time. Accountable for assuring that there are no commission leakages
and focused on achieving low-risk audit reports.
* Maintain a daily report ofincoming payments received and ensure to have the payments processed and repot any high value payments
to the treasury department.
* Carry out the due diligence in "Anti Money Laundering." And Maintain items of exception and highlight the same to the management
as key risk indicators.
* Verify signatures of the entire customer request with an internal database or with their banks in case of a non-customer.
* Reconciliation of suspense accounts/online accounts by matching system balance with GL at the end of each month and report the
same to the Finance department.
* Devise & achieve targets by motivating, inspiring and providing guidance to the staff.
* Providing process training and mentoring the newly joined staff and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures in line with the
process updates on a regular basis.
