Senior Associate Manager - People Development in Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority
- Managing three sections in People Management Department (Recruitment, Learning & Development and Career Development).
- In charge of Revamping the recruitment process to improve the efficiency level.
- Develop & monitor KPI’s to clearly measure the efficiency and performance of the section.
- Create strategy for People Development section and guide subordinates to work towards achieving the section’s objectives.
- Develop ROI system for Learning & Development Section to effectively measure the satisfaction, Learning outcome and the impact on business.
- Manage succession planning and personal development plans for Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority.
- Provide career counseling for Dubai Silicon Oasis employees.
- Enhance policies and procedures for the People Development section.
- Conduct orientation programs for new joiners.
- Carry out disciplinary procedures as per rules & regulations.
- Guide Line Managers in writing job descriptions.
- Conduct exit interviews with resigned staff.
- Conduct job evaluation for newly created positions.
- Handle grievances as per company procedures to ensure a healthy working environment.
- Assistance employee in illustrating company polices.
- Contribute in enhancing company’s polices by highlighting loop holes & discrepancies.
- Maintain relations with external parties (staff family members in case of employee’s death, hospitals in case of industrial injuries, banks & police for concerned employees matters).
- Manage merit pay distribution as agreed by the higher management.
- Manage upgrade and promotions of employees as per company policy.
- In charge of recruiting Cadet Pilot, Engineers, Cabin Crew and various Senior & Junior positions within Emirates Airlines.
- Develop attraction strategy to attract UAE National to join Emirates Airlines. (By attending career fair & University visit.)
- Conduct job analysis and yearly recruitment plan.
- To conduct various assessment tools to ensure effective selection of candidates against the behavioral competencies and culture fit requirement.
- Screen & shortlist candidates as per requirements.
