under the guidance of the joint venture of JGSK (GS Engineering & construction, SK
Engineering & construction and Japan Gas Corporation) at Kuwait National
Petroleum Company.
* Verify and KNPC PTW system at site, and read and communicate the hazards and
control measures to the team as per documents attached with permit.
* Conduct site inspection on equipment’s in use, fire extinguisher, lifting equipment’s
and lifting tackles on third party certification and color coding.
* Maintain and complete documents such as, safety observation log, site inspection
report, fire extinguisher report etc.
* Conduct different level of trainings / Awareness to employees / visitors like site HSE
inductions and on Job Trainings (OJT) etc.
* Inspection of mobile equipment’s, lifting tools & tackles to ensure the compliance
with safety Procedure for Mechanical handling of Loads.
* Conduct toolbox talks for all employees.
* Assist HSE manager in Preparation of near miss reports, investigation reports, safety
violation reports, monthly HSE performance, waste management reports, and as
required by joint venture

EPC project (Effluent Treatment Plant) being
executed under the guidance of the EIL (Engineers India Limited) at Bharat
Petroleum Corporation Limited.
* Conduct site inspection on equipment’s in use, fire extinguisher, lifting equipment’s
and lifting tackles on third party certification and color coding.
* Maintain and complete documents such as, safety observation log, site inspection
report, fire extinguisher report etc.
* Report unsafe acts/conditions to site supervisor and arrange for corrective action.
* Developing health and good relationship with all the employees

for an EPC project (Reactor & Regenerate Package)
being executed under the guidance of the TEIL (Toyo Engineering India Limited) at
Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
* Verify and IOCL PTW system at site, and read and communicate the hazards and
control measures to the team as per documents attached with permit.
* Conduct site inspection on equipments in use, fire extinguisher, lifting equipments
and lifting tackles on third party certification and color coding.
* Maintain and complete documents such as, safety observation log, site inspection
report, various checklists, fire extinguisher report etc.
* Inspection of mobile equipment’s, lifting tools & tackles to ensure the compliance
with safety Procedure for Mechanical handling of Loads.
* Conducting safety tool box talks & safety induction to workers, safety meetings to
employees and safety briefing to client.
* Conduct Camp Inspections with client on weekly basis.
* Report unsafe acts/conditions to site supervisor and arrange for corrective action.
* Developing health and good relationship with all the employees.
* Developed and implemented emergency response procedure and emergency
provision.
Implementation of Safety at the work site by adhering to the work permit
systems and providing safe working conditions at work sites for the following
activities.
* Safety for confined space works (Gas monitoring before and during the work,
proper rescue plan in case of emergency)
* Preparing site inspection checklists.
* Lock out and Tag out (LOTO) procedures and multi lock system for electrical
isolation/de-isolation.
* Developed and implemented Emergency response procedure and emergency
provision.
* Check and verify the permits with all related documents.
* Report unsafe acts/conditions to site supervisor/Engineer and arrange for
corrective action.
* Conducting safety toolbox talks & safety induction to Employees.
* Weekly meetings with client.
* Preparation of site safety reports (Weekly, monthly & quarterly) as per
company standards.
* Identification of existing and predictable hazards and can effectively eliminate
in a short span of time.
* Familiarized with Safety Audits, safety inspections, hazard analysis, Risk
assessment, Job safety analysis etc.)
