* Design and oversee the implementation of Blumont JO projects' MEL frameworks
* Develop MEL tools usable to conduct assessments and surveys for current and future projects with clear indicators of
the progress of project implementation
* Deliver MEL training and technical assistance to staff and volunteers to ensure the quality of their reporting
* Mentor and supervise MEL team work
* Create evaluation frameworks including specific methodologies to conduct project evaluations, and assessments
Communications
* Develop and implement Blumont communications and knowledge management strategy
* Produce and overview campaigns, events and other programmatic communications activities
* Represent internal communications unit in seminars, conferences and trainings

* Collaborate with stock and financial departments on financial matters
