The German-Jordanian University (GJU) is a public university founded in 2005 by The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the

MEL
* Create evaluation frameworks including specific methodologies to conduct project evaluations, and assessments.
* Design and oversee the implementation of Blumont JO projects' MEL frameworks
* Develop MEL tools usable to conduct assessments and surveys for current and future projects with clear indicators of
the progress of project implementation
* Deliver MEL training and technical assistance to staff and volunteers to ensure the quality of their reporting
* Mentor and supervise MEL team work
* Create evaluation frameworks including specific methodologies to conduct project evaluations, and assessments
Communications
* Develop and implement Blumont communications and knowledge management strategy
* Produce and overview campaigns, events and other programmatic communications activities
* Represent internal communications unit in seminars, conferences and trainings
* Overview success stories development to highlight program achievements and accomplishments

* Obtain leads from clients in Europe, especially in Italy, Switzerland and UK
* Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
* Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists
* Evaluate forecast levels of demand for products
* Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times and invoices
* Collaborate with stock and financial departments on financial matters
* Develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationships with vendors
