Benefits Specialist adept in accurately entering, maintaining, and processing information in
payroll systems. Proficient in ensuring proper benefit deductions, Benefits Enrollments, Benefits
Adjustments, Qualifying Life Events, Updating Employer portal enrollment, and other Medicare
deductions. Child support eligibility, experienced in solving problems over call concerning
benefits, answering inquiries related to password reset, W2 forms etc. Working on weekly and
biweekly reporting’s. Working with various US division partners and taking care of the different
regional customer queries via Client space and calls. Taking team hurdles on daily basis, sharing
clients updates with team and senior leadership. Interacting with client over teams calls.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Extensive experience providing benefits information to large teams in multiple
locations.
• Track record of accurate review and approval of all benefits enrollments and
transactions in system
• Processed medical, dental, vision, life, disability and other insurance enrollments.
• Supporting the Benefits Manager in all tasks, including communicating and coordinating
relationships with benefits brokers and partners.
• Respond to benefits questions from employees, via email and telephone and client
space
• Review and update all benefits enrollments and transactions in system and vendors
portal.
• Review benefits data bi-weekly to ensure employee eligibility.
• Reviewed and processed all manual or annual enrollment transactions (adds, changes,
terminations) as received by clients.
• Checking the employee eligibility for garnishment and providing the letter accordingly.
• Worked on different divisions projects, backlog cleaning and other adhoc task assigned.
• Billing and providing invoices to the Accounts Payable team
