Organize, design and conduct Learning Events for training and development of personnel
Prepare routine office memoranda, correspondences, endorsements and reports for review of the immediate supervisor
Compile and file incoming and outgoing communication pertaining to training and development and other documents for reference for Administrative Division
Assist in the screening process of the Recruitment and Selection and Promotion Board
Assist in human resource activities, personnel development and in-charge in the collection and maintenance of Information in the library.
Welcomes and informs clients of the relevant backgrounds of the Guidance Services.
Receives and transmits communication to the concerned employees, stakeholders and offices and ensures organization and security of documents.
Assists in checking and filing tests. Assists in making summaries of test results by class and levels. Encodes reports and even researches needed for submission and filing.
Delivers call slips and materials to the concerned employees, stakeholders and offices.
Coordinates with the Guidance Director and School Head about the results of the interviews, exams and guidance and evaluation assessment programs.
In-charge of preparing the module for the Guidance Intervention Program for pupils and students with special needs and prepares Weekly Homeroom Guidance Module conducted by Homeroom Advisers every morning.

Child Protection Committee Coordinator
K to 12 Coordinator. Facilitate the implementation of the K to 12 programs in the school making sure that advocacy campaign to students, parents and community, planning with
teachers and staff of the school and linkage to partners and
Stakeholders are properly conducted and enforced.
Disaster Risk Reduction Management Coordinator. In-charge
of enforcing safety and coordination in times of disaster affecting the school, students and nearby community.
Outfit Advisor for Boy Scouts. Lead the unit in all scouting activities in school and in camps producing competitive eagle scouts
The main function is Recruitment and Selection. In charge of
receiving applicants, conduct of initial interview and
schedule for career examination.
* Process necessary documents/requirement for hiring and
conducts orientation of new employees.
* Assess On-the-job training and apprenticeship opportunities
* to students from different colleges and universities.
Payroll, Compensation and Benefits. Supervise the
monitoring of Daily Time Records of employees, process
leave credits and prepare schedules/computations of
Government mandated and Company initiated compensation
and benefits.
Recruitment and Selection, and Training Facilitation.
Facilitate Job advertisement, conducts initial interviews and
hiring process of applicants. Conduct career orientation to
newly-hired and regularized employees. Coordinate region-
wide programs and activities and facilitates job-order, OJTs
and career development programs.
Administrative Function. Report incidents of violation
through letters and memorandum addressed to the concerned
department. Control confidentiality of documents, employee
records, Trade Secrets, Quality Manuals and Procedures
especially audited and inspected by the DTI
