As a Business Development Manager at Sword Group, I lead corporate sales and business development operations for a diverse portfolio of software products and services, covering various sectors such as finance, healthcare, education, and public administration. I also recruit, establish, coach, and train consultants for presales and sales teams within Lebanon, Europe, MEA, and the GCC region, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.

Neumann (Implify Software Solutions) was a startup company at that time, owned by a group of Lebanese Entrepreneurs, and my consultancy role was to help them mainly in boosting the marketing and sales activities and to train their existing team to promote and sell their software solution within the Financial industry of Lebanon, and other selected countries.
Responsibility:
- Based out of Beirut, and responsible of establishing the marketing and sales operations in Lebanon
- Business Development, Partner and Channel sales development to other countries in GCC, Europe, and North America

- Plan, design, and establish a new CRM system inside the company to monitor, maintain, and ensure that all sales-related data is entered and captured appropriately.

Gannage is a leading provider of Hardware and Software for the medical domain, including hospitals, aesthetic centers, physiotherapy clinics, and sports/rehab centers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare business plan for each of the product lines on a regular basis
- Product Lines comprise of Medical equipment and specialized software that are used by medical clinics, Aesthetic centers, Physiotherapy centers, and Hospitals.
- Effect visits to the market in order to achieve the 4 sales pillars: Interviewing, presenting, closing and follow up.
- Plan department’s sales activities towards achieving agreed business plan and sales targets.
- Manage the complete follow up of the Department’s clientele and solve all related issues in coordination with the other related departments.
- Drive sales team of the Department for optimum sales results. Department consists of 5 different divisions, each division having its own portfolio of equipment, with a total of 12 people reporting to my role.
- Coordinate and strategize with the supervisors of each division in order to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Suggest to management after coordinating with the Marketing Department, local and international congresses, as well as events attendance related to the Products.
- Coordinate local congresses, events and promotional activities with the Marketing and Scientific Departments.
- Plan products and territory distribution inside the department among all the parties in the sales team for best sales performance, and submit it to General Manager for approval.
- Manage and maintain the company’s relation with the international equipment suppliers.
- Develop and expand the business portfolio of each division by bringing new niche equipment into the market.

-Recruit and manage a team of sales consultants through strong leadership and training, to build a positive work environment, and develop and promote a productive sales atmosphere.

- Lead and follow up with the sales team to ensure proper sales activities are carried out on a daily basis
