• Plan, execute, monitor, and organize the excellence program in the organization for lunching Abu Dhabi award of excellence in government performance.

• Conduct, contributes, and sustains the culture of excellence by awareness Session & workshop.

• Implement & follow up to related activities in business organizational excellence.

• Plans, monitors and control Gap Analysis, initial assessment & action plan for excellence organization program.


• Coordinator with Dubai Quality Group (DQG) for related activities.

• Monitors, and reports the suggestion Scheme for Continual improvement.

• Contributes in the reviewing, developing, monitoring of company procedures, guidelines, manual, and forms for the Integrated Management system (IMS).

• Sets, analyzes, and reports the IMS program implementation, and IMS performance based on IMS policy and objectives.

• Plans, reports and follows up the Internal/External audit process to ensure and comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ADOHS.

• Conducts, reports and follow up project quality plan (PQP), site visits and performance Evaluations of contractor\consultant based on procedures and standards.

• Monitor, reports the result of technical evaluations and contracting process.

• Reviews, updates and manages the database for IMS compliance to be in line with applicable local and international regulations and standards.

• Drafts, maintains and distributes IMS documentation to comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 10013.

• Set and monitor balance Score Card and report the KPI.
