PROJECTS WORKED ON:
1) U-Bora Tower, A 52 floor high rise commercial & 16 floor residential and building with 5 podiums, 2 basements and 2 mechanical floors.
2) Jumeirah Creek side Hotel, A 5 star hotel of Dubai Duty Free and Dubai Aviation Club.
3) Damac Park Towers, Twin towers with 37 floors each, 3 basements and 7 podiums.
• Site Coordination / Inspection Requests
• Liaison with the Consultant
• Preparation of DB Schedules
• Coordinate on design drawings with draughtsmen’s
• Making schedules for site work
• Testing & Commissioning (Meggring, Load Test)
• Preparation of As Built Drawings
• Review designs and circuit diagrams for projects
• Execute various projects, ensuring compliance with safety requirements and International standards
• Maintain relationships with crews and contractors
