- Establish and manage relations with warehouses, air carriers, customs broker & All customers.
- Responsible for all on site aspects of the logistics, supply chain, and customer delivery operations. In charge of making sure that each stage of the distribution process is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards

- Monitoring and tracking the flow of goods into the warehouse& Controlling the order cycle.
- Analyze and log purchase orders commensurate to existing stock availability and reduce shipping cost.

- To ensure that there is a safe and timely dispatch of good &Monitored the performance of the warehouse staff.
- To maintain coordination with vendors, service providers and transport carriers
- To create and maintain customer support
- Resolve all problems concerning our issue, imports / exports / customer issues.
- Negotiate transportation - sea freight - airfreight rates with services.
- Ensure to process orders on-time, delivery by network of courier companies or warehouses.
- Plan and arrange logistics required shipments.
- Collaborate with all departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
- Implement specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metrics
- coordinating, and administering divisions of the company's procurement processes
- Provides day-to-day leadership and works with staff to create a high performance
- Creates and maintains a variety of records and files pertaining to assigned programs.

Coordinate with our factory & clients about all shipments for ( Export shipment & locally shipment )
Prepare all Government documents for export shipments (Commercial invoice & Packing list & certificate of origin … etc) also prepare all authorizations for all border needed (Customs)
