Currently working with Lamah Company (KSA) as a product Manager for Aurora firefighting Pumps & Motors who is responsible for Developing products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.

pressure tanks and HVAC accessories. We offer complete and comprehensive capability from project conception through the complete life-cycle of the equipment we provide.
We are Authorized distributer for Grundfos, Rain Bird, Pentair, AURORA fire Pumps, Hertz Valves and
Rheem water heater and boiler.
Major responsibilities:
1- Managing the activities to support the commercial launch of Pumps & motors.
2- planning and managing the product line and having authority and responsibility to manage the product line profit and loss.
3- Maintaining awareness of competitive products, potential competitive products, competitors, and competitor capabilities.
4- Developing, and maintaining product road maps and other representations of the product line plan and strategy.
5- Effectively evaluating the market, the competition and establishing product pricing to maximize
profit and long-term sales.
6- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
7- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
8- Obtains product market share by working with sales manager to develop product sales strategies.
9- preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts
10- Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules.

 Reporting to the General Manager and mentoring a Team of 38 Staff (Spare parts Sales, Units Sales, Workshop).
 Formulating the Annual Unit & Gross-Profit Plans by implementing Marketing Strategies, and analyzing Trends & Results.
 Laying down the Sales Objectives via forecasting and development of the Annual Sales Quotas for the regions and territories.
 Projecting the Expected Sales Volume and Profit for the Existing and New Products.
 Launching the National Sales Programs by means of developing the Field Sales Action Plans.
 Sustaining the Sales Volume, Product Mix, and Selling Price by sustaining the Current Supply & Demand, Changing Trends, Economic Indicators, and Competitors.

 Acquired the Budget and Growth Curve each year.
 Oversaw and developed a Sales Team of 36 Persons for New Field Sales Executives, attaining an Average of 120% of their Sales Targets within the First Year.
