Managed a retail store that specializes in selling and shipping baby supplies.
Operated the business and managed all key activities alongside my studies at university
- Oversaw daily operations and financial management
- Conducted the manufacturing of custom-made baby clothes, enabling the business to
stand out from stores using wholesale suppliers
- Negotiated purchase deals within and outside of the Kingdom
- Overseen shipments of Imported products from Europe, the Middle East, and China
- Developed and implemented marketing strategies to grow our customer base
- Managed all governmental transactions with different agencies (Ministry of Commerce,
GOSI, Authority of Zakat, Tax and Customs, etc.)
Worked as an Industrial Engineering intern with the Organization Consulting Department -
Job Evaluation (JE) Division. Engaged in long-term and short-term projects during my
internship period.
As a team, we developed the Project Proposal and won the bid to proceed with
developing the benchmark criteria, project timeline and executive plan
Utilized engineering tools and methodologies to forecast future trends in the optical wear
sector, enabling our client to pave the way for new fashion trends.
- My role involved analyzing products in the market and defining the main and sub
criteria's for the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) tool.
