1-Assist customers with routine account-related requests such as: funds transfers, stop payments, inquiries about bank deposit products and service charges and inquiries about ATM and debit card usage and limits.
2-Research and resolve customer problems.
3-Research customer questions regarding electronic funds transfers.
4-Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs in accordance with the banks’ program standards.
5-Contact customers to notify them that check orders and/or debit cards are ready to pick up at the bank.
My duties are:
-Checks inventory to make sure requested product is available
-Computes price and any appropriate discounts
-Handles customer complaints
-Verifies customer information is correct and up-to-date
-Checks customer account for credit and outstanding payments
-Informs customer of shipping date and any possible delays
-Notifies appropriate department of order and shipping date
-Reviews orders for accuracy and completion
-Strives to sell customer additional merchandise
-Files copies of all orders received
