• To be responsible to follow up with all the concerned sales staff, order processing staff and accounting staff for account and on time issuing of quotations, invoices, fax, email and purchase orders, shipments …. Etc.
• To process and keep along (MS excel sheet ) for inquires by phone, fax, email and provide daily report for sales and marketing manager
• Mention customer complain register and insure the completion of the corrected action
• Open A file or each sales engineer containing the following A -weekly customer visit plan B- active pending quotation
• Check the sales email account and forward the email to the concerned sales staff
• Make sour all quotation are signed by either manager
• Complete and update the supplier registration process with all of the customer
• Construct sales statistics and provide the report to the sales and marketing manager
• Coordinate with business development manager on project information and distribute it to all the concerned sales staff
• Coordinate with service center manager on any service inquiry and handover the responsibility to crevice department
• After optioning a solid technical back ground, it possible to visit customers along with sales engineer to insure proper introduction of company and to not down all customer requirements, complaints
• Assist in the completion of employee appraisal/ assessment forms for all the sales staff
• To participate in any project or curry out specific task maybe assigned by the sales and marketing manager from time to time
• Data entry on the our system
Authorities :
• Flow with all sales team to insure smooth process of orders and higher efficiency
• Report to management any issues concerning complaints pr problem with customer or employees

• To continuously conduct market research on customers’ needs and share it with department heads in order to improve Seekersi’s offerings.
• Report to the designated supervisor on all sales & operational matters.
