I report to the Channel marketing Director, and i manage 18 subordinates with 5 sections heads directly reporting to me.
• Applying all marketing strategic plans within direct sales channel "Business to customer" (B2C)
• Tailoring marketing proposals to increase customers' engagement
- Showrooms communication & announcement plan
- In-store activation plans
- Renovation of all old concept stores and apply the new planogram model.
- Maintain showrooms' standards at accepted levels of excellence.
• Branding all automotive fleet of ELARABY group with selective and generic messages
• Responsible for all media displayed in-store and technical solutions
• Managing all (National & International) trade fairs where ELARABY contributes in
• Supporting all new international markets and launch new showrooms overseas

My team responsibilities are:
•Production of POS materials related to Channel Marketing Management (CMM) activities
•Production of all giveaways
•Production of all Points of purchase materials (POP) for all products
-Hiring external agencies to develop creative POP items
- Track and evaluate POP items of competition and related Unique selling prepositions (USPs)
•Production of display stands and shelves solutions
•Production of shop signs and dealers’ facades
- Alucobond
- Flex signs
•Managing the internal operations team that runs and installs all marketing road shows and activations events

I used to report to the Trade marketing manager with two subordinates reporting to me.
My responsibilities were:
•BTL production
-Responsible for production of all printed materials of Etisalat-Misr
•BTL distribution
-Managing BTL distribution nationwide for more than 11, 000 outlets to enhance brand visibility
•Exclusive dealers’ renovation program
-Renovating Etisalat’s exclusive dealers’ shops according to brand’s guidelines (furniture and finishing works)
•Audit and Quality assurance
-Ensure that all standards of excellence are maintained during different production phases
•Budget control and analysis
•Corporate communications projects’ management
-Managing the different teams’ projects and coordinating efforts to guarantee smooth operations and fastest work flow.
-Training team members on how to deliver the periodical reports on an informative form and to enhance the report quality.
-Implementing Microsoft SharePoint to collect and reform supplied data into desired reports and efficient analysis.
I used to report to the Corporate communications HOD with one subordinates reporting to me.

I used to report to the Retail Operations manager with two subordinates reporting to me.
my responsibilities were:
•Participated in launching all retail flagships and franchised stores till 2010.
•Fulfilment of Retail channel standardization requirements.
•Author of RSM (Retail Standards Manual) which is the documentation of all Retail life-cycle steps and processes, (starting planning for new outlet location, outlet construction, hiring and training the sales staff till reaching the highest standards across all channel’s outlets using the agreed on scripts and processes).
•Handling all branding materials located on play-area, relax-area and store’s signage.
•Training Etisalat retail staff to apply all customer experience aspects at all touch points in retail stores (body language, attitude, initiating test call, quality awareness, …)
•Following up and checking that retail standards and rules are always applied (updating the retail standards document and supervising a mystery shopping research waves conducted by an outsourced agency).
•Unifying look and feel throughout retail stores
•Upload new TV ads on Scala server and following expiry date of the promo/copy and arranging with external suppliers to print / install new launch materials at stores at same launch day.
•Dealing with procurement and finance dept’s for stores issues.
•Solving all day to day issues from Retail channels (worked as Retail Help Desk responsible contact for three months May-July 2007 “Launch time”).
•Following up new stores branding status and equipment requests
•Managing play area (3G services corner) @ stores as well as preparing the planogram of displayed handsets and gadgets.
•Manage all crosses functional with different departments.
•Focal point with IT and Technical department to connect new stores with HQ; with fair knowledge of technical and networking solutions and alternatives.
•Managing new stores’ launch events that suit each location’s (governorate’s) type and nature.
