• Achieve sales objectives as agreed with the Fleet Sales Manager.

• Turn leads into sales using our CRM platform.
• Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline
• Meet sales targets and specific performance metrics.
• Align sales with business strategies
• Demonstrate product and show consumers how to maximize its features.
• Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Prepare reports in order to keep management informed with regard to sales performance and general business conditions of the designed area of responsibility.
• Identify corporate booking self-tool and suggest new solutions.
• Identify B2B system technical errors and bugs to the help desk and suggest new solutions.
• Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule-conscious, etc.) and maintain a relationship
• Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
• Articulate business benefits of Club-Tuesday card membership to the relevant audience.
• Develop positive relationships and handle customers’ needs.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Meet sales targets and specific performance metrics.
