• Responsible for running and managing Egypt operations. Leading a team of 12 members that constitute of 8 Sales Relationship Managers, 1 Product Specialists, 2 Researcher, and 1 Recruiter.

• Sales Planning.

• Formulating the annual sales strategy and business plan for Egypt operations, mapping key business development measures to generate new opportunities, optimize sales and expand market coverage.

• Planning sales forecasting and budgeting processes, key account planning, lead generation and pipeline management.

• Review monthly P&L statements and assign actionable items in addition to collaborating on budget preparation.

• Communicate the monthly budgets and commitments of every team member through regular sales meetings.

• Report the sales staff activities and achievements to the management.

• Prepare periodical visiting plans to establish rapport with new clients, nurture and develop long-term relationships with customers.

• Recruitment, Training and Development.

• Interview candidates short listed by in house recruiter for the sales force and sales support team, evaluate them on the basis of job suitability and organizational limitations.

• Lead a monthly assessment center with a minimum of 8 candidates per period in order to hire within budget and ensure a talent pipeline year round

• Delivering sales trainings, evaluating training programs and guiding new joiners throughout the induction process to establish continuous productivity and enhance team effectiveness.

• Oversee HR functions, supervise all orientation and induction activities for new employees, confirmed and approved staff.
