Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Compensation and Benefits: Development and designing the Salary Structure, compensation packages, and policies aligned with
the organization's strategy. Support of managers in their decisions about ways to motivate employees
Recruitment and Selection: Coordinate all stages of the hiring process and conducting interviews, and onboarding new
employees while ensuring compliance with all international local employment laws.
Talent Management: Manage PMS, Annual Appraisal Reporting, Probationary Period. Ensuring that goals are set for staff and
that effective mentoring, periodic reviews are conducted and that annual reporting is carried out effectively.
Learning and Development: Identify training/skills/competency needs within the Group. Coordinate career development,
succession planning, and talent management need.
Achievements
✓ Successful negotiation and lowering cost: Managing Zain Telecom contract for about 200 phone lines and reducing monthly
billing amounts by about 38%, equivalent to about 6000 KD annually.
✓ Workforce structure: Through participating in founding a new branch of Elevated Entertainment company at Yall Mall, Fahaheel
while attracting a full line of skilled workers of various nationalities such as Philippines, India, Bangladesh and Egypt.
✓ International Relations and Organization Branding: Participated in international exhibitions in many countries such as Kuwait,
Dubai, Erbil, Qatar, China, Nigeria and Korea.
✓ Medical Insurance: Reduced company Life and medical insurance premiums by 20% through negotiations and provided a much-
improved benefits plan, which boosted employee morale and increased retention.
✓ Employee Motivation: The HR Communications introduced a new email and WhatsApp official account to distribute relevant
news and employee engagement increases. The streamlined communication to more than 400 employees is a one-stop for
employee recognition and achievements, faculty and staff publications, message board and anniversaries.
✓ Employee Engagement and Outreach: Organized quarterly volunteering projects with upwards of 50 volunteers per event Blood
donation campaign, clothes donation campaign, Umra trip to Makkah, and family entertainment events.
