• Reviewing, documenting, and record keeping of the companys contract.
• Petty Cash Management, daily cash flow monitoring report and bank reconciliation.

Ressponsible for maintaining and interpreting financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments, preparing financial statements, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Manage all financial transactions like forex, house expenses, guest expenses and cash deposits.
✓ Supervision of the staffs for the day to day operations.
✓ Ensure the proper schedule of the staffs and each performance.
✓ Monitor the daily financial status and provide immediate advice to the Head.
✓ Responsible in making the guest settlement.
✓ Preparation of the daily financial reports to be submitted to the Head.
✓ Manage and solve disputes and discrepancies in the finance sector.

✓ Familiarity and handle different currency of money like USD, HKD, RM, YEN and WON.
✓ Daily review of the Cash Float and Account Cards.
✓ Ensure that the cash float and account cards are update and accurate to the total and cross
footings.
✓ Responsible for all forex and cash out of the junket operator /casino patron.
✓ Prepare Book of Accounts Report, monthly house expense reports and account form.
