Responsible for scheduling committee meetings, bookings for emergency meetings and updating committee forms and files.
Responsible for updating administrative, departmental and intradepartmental hospital policies and procedures.
Responsible for preparing the patient for medical checkup in the OPD Department, taking patient medical record and recording latest vital signs and weight and accompanying/guiding them to referred clinic.Responsible for giving skin test to patient who will receive initial inject able medication ( Derma Cases )
For Pre Wedding Department, responsible for collecting blood samples and bringing them to laboratory and keeping record of the list of result in confidentiality.
Responsible for taking and recording of patient vital signs, giving of medication via oral and IV. Responsible to assist patient in therapeutic activities as directed by the treatment team and maintain ward records and statistics as indicated by hospital policy. Responsible for patient discharge processing upon doctors discharge order.
