• Manage all the Technical requirements including new product research and development for the Karaoke, Electronics and Electrical for Magic Solutions Electronics
• Report directly to Managing Director and CEO.
• Regularly travels across GCC to visit Stores and meet with Buyers and get sales orders.
• Conducts product demonstration and training for distributors in UAE and GCC.
• Coordinates logistics for all incoming products from Suppliers.
• Handles Sales Coordination for corporate clients, from orders to delivery.
• Attends trade shows, and conferences, representing Company for up to date products in the interest of Cost control and Cost efficient products.
• Purchasing - Sources new products through new and existing vendors, trade shows and competitive market analysis.
• Represent Company in business meetings with suppliers in China.
• Recommends and implement initiatives that improve the quality and reliability.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with the suppliers.
• Manage supplier’s portfolio as assigned by the management.
• Data processing, management and encryption of data for all products.
• Company's IT in-charge (networking, hardware and software maintenance and upgrades)
• Monitors and reports the quality and reliability of all products.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication between supplier and organization.
• Designs and develops strategies in improving quality during production to minimize any collateral damages when the products arrived in Dubai warehouse optimizing both logistics and quality assurance.
• Tracks the performance of each product via sales, and customer feedback.
• Remains knowledgeable about market trends and competitor’s products.
• Conducts effective negotiations with suppliers to establish the most competitive pricing including terms, freight, and return policies; product exclusivity agreements; the right to “first look" at new products.
• Interviews or confers with suppliers to obtain product or service information.
• Regularly researches products, and brings these new product ideas to supervisor.
• Handling all the Technical Teams and Company Service Centers
• Ensuring timely production as described and agreed upon in the prescribed time frame.
•Oversee day-to-day technical operations of the technical teams in Dubai and Philippines to ensure the quality of work meets the customer’s satisfaction.
•Coordinate and book shipment with shipping agents in China and supplier including all pertinent documentation, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading and /or Switch Bill of Lading to facilitate the logistics of all products from China to Dubai, India and Philippines.
•Maintain clear and consistent communication between supplier and organization.
•Designs and develops strategies in improving quality during production to minimize any collateral damages when the products arrived in Dubai or Philippines warehouse optimizing both logistics and quality assurance.
•Sources new products through new and existing vendors, trade shows and competitive market analysis.
•Develops new private label products utilizing internal and external product design and development.
•Provides direction and creative suggestions on product presentation to Creative Department.
•Remains knowledgeable about market trends and competitor’s products.
•Assist walk-in clients for general inquiries for all Karaoke products and accessories.
•Performs product demonstrations to customers.
•Attends to customer complaint and provides technical support over the phone and if necessary, perform an onsite assistance for clients.
•Promote products during trade shows like Gitex and Event sponsorships.
•Reports to store supervisor and assist in inventory of stock items in the store.
•Reports to PCBA supervisor for daily targets and productivity.
•Failure Analysis up to Component level for Laptop, Server, PDA, Network Switch, Data storage, Video Cards and other computer Main Boards.
•Adept in failure analysis of computer, network, and data storage brands like ACER, HP, IBM, CASIO, FUJITSU, DELL, Sun-Micro, LG, Compaq, Packard Bell and Toshiba.
•Prepare recommendation for all main boards that needs to be returned to vendor after identifying that the main board has a broken trace, BGA pad or open Via Hole.
•Reconfirms defective parts by remounting, checksum verification, and rewriting to maximize the usage of spare parts used during repairs.
•Report to Test Supervisor and Test Manager
•Supervise the test activities based on individual requirements for each device.
•Communicate with clients for test requirements and new parameters for each
•Analyze and monitor test results to maintain high yield. Confirms the mandatory check for the first 100 devices tested in every lot.
•Performs primary inspection and analysis of low yielding devices using manual testing equipment and X-Ray machine to identify the cause of the problem.
•Responsible in preparing samples for Failure Analysis, and follow up once yield goes below 98%.
•Ensures that all test Equipment have no down-time during the entire shift.
•Assist Test Engineer for handling and monitoring of pilot runs.
