Key Role:
•Established Baseline Schedule with Resource Loaded i.e. (Man-Hour, Eqmt-Hour, Quantity, Cost) and Generates Manpower, Equipment Histogram & Cash-flow S-Curve, Monitor Overseas Various Projects & Their Statuses and report to Project Manager/Vice President.
•Conduct Time Impact Analysis for Time Claim Extension/Generate Delay Analysis Write Up.
Other functions:
•Prepares all initial project control documents and procedures including scheduling, controlling, progress measurement / monitoring, KPI, Earned Value Management, project execution plan, etc.
•Prepares baseline, internal target, weekly roll-over and look-ahead programmes for engineering, procurement and construction works for all disciplines (civil, architectural, electrical & mechanical + plumbing) conforming to the contract conditions. Updating the schedules on weekly and monthly basis and reported the progress on the same.
•Prepares the weekly crucial action list for engineering, procurement and construction items and established project control points documents like (Method Statement & technical/ material/ shop drawings submittals), insurances, vendors/suppliers, open submittals and shop drawings

Collating work progress for each contract and include them in the weekly and monthly Progress Status Reports. Utilizing the progress data, updating site plan & inform those concerned when progress is falling behind schedule & maintain a constant follow-up on materials/equipment delivery dates.

•Assisting the Project Managers, and as senior planning engineer I have supervised my assistance planner and provide coaching on planning & scheduling related issues. Responsible in preparation of construction baseline programme, Cash-flow, manpower histogram, contractual reports, Prepare man-hour criteria for all project activities.
